This study was motivated by the limited use of interactive learning media in fourth-grade elementary school IPAS learning, which caused students to be less active and experience difficulties in understanding the topic of energy transformation. The study aimed to develop interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline 3 that is valid and practical for fourth-grade IPAS learning. The study employed Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects were a material expert, a media expert, a language expert, and fourth-grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Sawangan. Data were collected through interviews, validation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively using percentages. The validation results showed 99% from the material expert, 89% from the language expert, and 100% from the media expert, all categorized as very valid. The practicality test obtained 86% in the small-group trial and 84% in the large-group trial, both categorized as very practical. Therefore, the interactive learning media developed using Articulate Storyline 3 is very valid, very practical, and feasible for use in fourth-grade IPAS learning on energy transformation.
