This study aims to examine the influence of Christian Religion Teachers’ role modeling on students’ discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Parmaksian during the 2025/2026 academic year. The research employed an inferential quantitative approach. The population consisted of all students at SMA Negeri 1 Parmaksian, totaling 249 students, with 71 students selected as the research sample using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using statistical tests, including correlation analysis, significance testing, regression analysis, and coefficient of determination. The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Christian Religion Teachers’ role modeling and students’ discipline. The coefficient of determination shows that teacher role modeling contributes 31.3% to students’ discipline, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings highlight that teachers serve not only as educators who transfer knowledge but also as role models whose attitudes, behaviors, and commitment influence students’ character development and disciplinary attitudes.
