This classroom action research was motivated by the low ability of students to analyze the structure of observation report texts. Some students still experienced difficulties in distinguishing the general statement, description of parts, and description of benefits. This study aimed to improve the ability of students in class X-2 of senior high school to analyze the structure of observation report texts through the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Wordwall. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 36 students of class X-2. The data were collected through observation and tests of students’ ability to analyze the structure of observation report texts. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by examining the students’ mean scores and learning mastery percentages. The results showed an improvement in students’ ability from the pre-cycle to the second cycle. The learning mastery percentage increased from 39% in the pre-cycle to 69% in the first cycle and 81% in the second cycle, while the mean score increased from 70.7 to 77.9 and 84.7, respectively. In addition to the improvement in learning outcomes, students demonstrated greater participation and engagement during the learning process. Therefore, the implementation of Discovery Learning assisted by Wordwall can be an alternative learning approach to improve students’ ability to analyze the structure of observation report texts.
