The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of employees at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Kubu Raya Regency in relation to leadership, teamwork, and workload, in both partial and simultaneous forms. This study takes a quantitative approach by surveying its participants. Fifty workers were chosen at random using a purposive selection method. All of them filled out a Likert-scale questionnaire, and their responses were analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 25. The findings demonstrate that both the workload and cooperation variables significantly impact employee performance, with 0.741 and 0.634 regression coefficients, respectively, at a 0.000 level of significance. Leadership, meantime, has a somewhat minor impact on productivity in the workplace. A regression equation Y = 11.606 − 0.195X1 + 0.634X2 + 0.741X3 was used, and the R Squared value that was achieved was 0.573. According to these findings, leadership is not the most important element in enhancing employee performance; rather, strong cooperation and proportionate task management are more important. Therefore, in order to boost employee performance in the long run, it is advised that we prioritize improving cooperation and managing workload proportionately.
