This study aimed to improve mathematics learning outcomes on multiplication and division up to 100 through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Mathematics Board for Grouping (MBG) media among 28 fourth grade students at SDN Sidorejo Kidul 02. This Classroom Action Research used the Kemmis and McTaggart model and was conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through observation, interviews, written tests, and documentation. The results showed an increase in the average score from 61 in the Pre Cycle, with classical mastery of 46%, to 75 with classical mastery of 64% in Cycle I, and 83 with classical mastery of 86% in Cycle II. In Cycle II, 24 students achieved the learning mastery criterion, resulting in 86% classical mastery and exceeding the 80% target. The findings indicate that the implementation of PBL assisted by MBG media was followed by an improvement in students mathematics learning outcomes regarding multiplication and division up to 100.
