Abstract

This paper examines the children's playings at Kartini School Semarang. By Combining the annual reports, memorial albums, colonial magazines and newspapers, archives, literature, ego documents, then approached with history of mentality perspectives, we point out that they developed following Froebel's education system. Therefore, they integrated into the curriculum for the 1st-3rd grade, unlimited by type, philosophy, languages, or its influence on students, while the school resembled a children's playground.

Abstract

Sendang merupakan sumber air yang tidak pernah mengalami kekeringan. Kebanyakan sendang di tanah Jawa bersifat sakral serta di hormati. Di Desa Tetep sendang adalah tempat yang di sakralkan dan di hormati dengan melaksanakan tradisi atau upacara adat. Tradisi Sendang di Desa Tetep dilakukan pada dua sendang yang biasa disebut dengan sendang Ki Godong mPlati, Nyi Godong mPlati, dan Ki Gambreng. Tradisi ini dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Desa Tetep saat mengadakan acara besar. Tradisi Sendang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk menghormati dan meminta kelancaraan acara tersebut kepada Yang Maha Esa melalui perantara sendang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui makna dan nilai sosial-religius yang terdapat pada tradisi sendang pada masyarakat Desa Tetep. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini mengambarkan tatacara pelaksanaan tradisi sendang di Desa Tetep. Pelaksanaan tradisi menjadi pelestarian budaya lokal. Tradisi ini mengandung mitos turun-temurun yang dipercaya masyaratkat Desa Tetep. Mitos yang di implementasikan dalam budaya inilah yang membuat Tradisi Sendang mengandung nilai sosial-religius.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate whether the role play teaching model had an effect on students’ story telling skill in primary schools in Salatiga. This study was experimental research. A T-test on the pre-test data showed that the mean of the experimental group was 18.94, whereas the mean of the control group was 18.500. This data showed that there was 0.44 difference between the two groups. Further, the data showed that tcount < ttable (1.319 < 2.353). Hence, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Whereas, an analysis on the post-test data showed that the mean of the experimental group was 21.98 and the mean of the control group was 21.01. Thus, the post test result of the experimental group was higher than the control group. There was 0.96 difference between the groups. The T-test showed that tcount > ttable (3.264 > 2.353). Hence, there was a significant difference between the two groups. The post-test data analysis using t-test showed that the tcount was 3.264 and as the tcount > ttable (3.264 > 2.353), the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Thus, there was a significant difference between the story telling skill in the experimental group and the control group.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah ibu rempah-rempah dunia. Di lain sisi, kekayaan rempah Indonesia mendorong Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknologi mengajukan jalur rempah sebagai warisan budaya dunia pada 2024. Berbagai cara pun dilakukan untuk membesarkan gagasan di atas, termasuk mempopulerkan rempah-rempah dari pedalaman. Tulisan ini mencoba memotret salah satu kerja kolaborasi sebagai usaha untuk memperkenalkan rempah-rempah lokal. Melalui metode participatory action research (PAR) dan pendekatan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) di desa Ngrawan, penelitian menggarisbawahi tiga hal. Pertama, internalisasi pengetahuan rempah-rempah lokal dilakukan melalui lagu rempah yang dihasilkan berjudul. “Rempah-rempah Warisan Nusantara.” Kedua, lagu tersebut terutama mengangkat empat rempah lokal di lokasi penelitian. Keempat rempah-rempah tersebut adalah jahe, kunyit, lada, dan kencur. Terakhir, lagu tersebut tidak hanya menjadi alternatif pengenalan rempah lokal melainkan membentuk identitas masyarakat setempat melalui rempah-rempah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut:1) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil efektivitas antara model pembelajaran CIRC dan Round Table dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas V SD. Untuk mengetahui manakah model pembelajaran yang memiliki hasil efektivitas yang lebih tinggi terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Gugus Dr. Soetomo yang terletak di Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan hasil efektivitas pembelajaran menulis puisi antara menggunakan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition dan model pembelajaran Round Table. Perbedaan keterampilan menulis puisi terbukti dengan adanya selisih antara nilai pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 21,91. Hasil pretest pada kelas eksperimen 2 menunjukkan selisih nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 12,75. 2) Model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition memiliki efektivitas lebih tinggi terhadap hasil belajar menulis puisi pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Karangduren 02.

Abstract

The concept of harmony in Javanese society contains ethical principles that must be upheld by the Javanese people. All measures are taken to maintain harmony. Rodatin is a folk performing art that reflects this concept. Rodat dance serves as a medium of Islamic symbols since the reign of Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono I. Rodatin is a war technique of the Diponegaro War which is camouflaged in the form of smooth movements. Knowledge of this art is limited to oral speech. This paper writes about the collective memory of Rodatin in the Margo Rukun art group in Mulungan Hamlet, Nogosren Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. From this activity, it can be seen that Rodatin art has a blend of Javanese, Hindu, Islamic and Western values. Rodatin art is performed in the methukan (encounter) tradition in the Javanese-Islamic calendar, namely Rejeb, Ruwah, Pasa, Suro, and Sapar. Methukan is a symbol of hablum minnanas and hablum minnallah (human relations with fellow creatures and humans with the creator). Rodatin art as a means of da'wah and practice to knit the way of harmony in accordance with Javanese and Islamic values.

Abstract

At the same time as the implementation of Pancasila principles places an emphasis on intellectual comprehension, it also places an emphasis on the application of these values in the students' actual acts in their day-to-day lives. As a result, there is a need for a learning strategy that may aid the comprehension and implementation of Pancasila ideals in a holistic and contextual manner. Within the context of the application of Pancasila Phase E values at one of the State High Schools in Salatiga, the purpose of this study is to investigate the many ways in which the Project-Based Learning Model is used. Methods of descriptive qualitative research are used in this study. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation are the approaches that are used in the process of data collection and extraction. The findings of this study indicate that the use of the Project-Based Learning model in the process of incorporating Pancasila principles into the learning of history in phase E at one of the State High Schools in Salatiga has the potential to be an efficient learning strategy for incorporating Pancasila principles into daily life. a student. This is shown by the fact that students are able to develop high-quality projects in the form of creative movies, which are subsequently shared on social media. Additionally, students are able to provide satisfactory responses to research questionnaires, which are based on the principles of equality and social justice that are promoted by Pancasila.
