<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and communication on employee performance at CV. Sanko Jaya Sentosa. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires. The population in this study consisted of employees of CV. Sanko Jaya Sentosa, with a sample of 65 respondents determined using saturated sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 2.970 with a significance value of 0.004. Communication also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 6.428 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, transformational leadership style and communication had a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by an F-value of 38.877 with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.556, indicating that transformational leadership style and communication explained 55.6% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 44.4% was explained by other factors not examined in this study.]]>
