This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of group counseling using Interest and Talent Card media based on John L. Holland's RIASEC theory in improving the growth mindset of senior high school students. The research employed a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) design involving 8 tenth-grade students at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 who exhibited low growth mindset scores. Data were collected using Carol S. Dweckâs 16-item Mindset Instrument administered before and after the intervention. Group counseling was implemented across 3 sessions focusing on RIASEC personality exploration, growth mindset internalizing, and goal setting. The results showed a significant increase in students' growth mindset scores from the pre-intervention assessment, achieving the success criterion where 100% of participants reached the high growth mindset category. These findings confirm that group counseling with interactive career media effectively shifts students' fixed mindsets toward trainable capability beliefs.
