This study aims to determine the influence of digital training, entrepreneurship skills, and learning motivation on the entrepreneurial capabilities of participants with physical disabilities undergoing training at BPSDM Kominfo Sidoarjo. The study employs a quantitative approach, with the population consisting of all participants with physical disabilities in the entrepreneurship training program. A saturated sampling technique was used, resulting in a total of 32 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26, encompassing tests for validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, as well as multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing via t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that the research instruments met validity and reliability standards. Classical assumption tests also confirmed that the data met the requirements for multiple linear regression analysis. Individually, digital training, entrepreneurship skills, and learning motivation each had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial capabilities of the participants with physical disabilities. Simultaneously, these three variables—digital training, entrepreneurship skills, and learning motivation significantly influenced the entrepreneurial capabilities of the participants. Collectively, these variables contributed 66% to entrepreneurial capability, while the remaining 34% was influenced by factors not examined in this study.
