Abstract

Setiap instansi pemerintah yang melakukan kegiatan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat wajib memenuhi peraturan perundangan UU Nomor 25 tahun 2009 tentang pelayanan publik. Undang-Undang tentang Pelayanan Publik dimaksudkan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dalam hubungan antara masyarakat dan penyelenggara dalam pelayanan publik. Penerapan UU No.25/2009 sangat tergantung dari kompetensi pegawai dari masing masing instansi, yang meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan serta perilaku saat melayani masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan undang undang tersebut dilaksanakan, penulis menggunakan metode survei kepuasan masyarakat yang pelaksanaannya sudah diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Nomor 16 Tahun 2014. tentang Pedoman Umum Penyusunan Suvei Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Pelayanan Instansi Pemerintah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan form survey yang dibagikan kepada 150 responden. Penentuan responden ini menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling respondennya adalah Masyarakat di Kecamatan Balongbendo-Sidoarjo yang datang ke kantor kecamatan dan telah menerima pelayanan dari pegawai kecamatan. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan selama 30 hari kerja, didapatkan data bahwa kinerja pegawai kantor kecamatan balongbendo sidoarjo, masuk kategori “Baik” dengan nilai 79,79 dengan beberapa catatan/feedback yang berasal dari masyarakat yang harus segera diperbaiki.

Abstract

Competition of cleaning service company for aircraft is increasing, so that PT. Prima Mitra Piranti in Sidoarjo must improve the performance of its employees in order to be able to improve company performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload, training and work discipline on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research by taking a sample of 41 employees of PT. Prima Mitra Piranti in Sidoarjo with saturated or census sampling technique. This study used the Multiple Regression Analysis method and data processing using SPSS obtained the results of Instrument testing the results of which passed the Validity Test and Reliability Test, then the Classical Assumptions Test obtained the results of passing the Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Multicollinearity Test. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.852 or 85.2%, while 14.8% indicates that employee performance is influenced by other variables. The multiple regression equation is Y = 0.653 - 0.429.X1 + 0.696.X2 + 0.719.X3. The conclusions of the research are: 1. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. 2. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4. Workload, training and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This survey is a quantitative survey that was conducted with a sample of 55 employees from PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar utilizing the total sample/saturated sample/census approach. The goal of this study was to identify and assess the influence of leadership style and job motivation on job satisfaction and performance among employees of PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. The results of the validity tests are valid, the results of the reliability tests are reliable, the results of the normality tests are the normal distribution of the study data, and the heteroscedasticity tests do not reveal any heteroscedasticity. A multicollinearity test reveals that there is no multicollinearity. The following are the study's findings, based on data analysis and discussion: 1. Leadership style has a major influence on employee work satisfaction at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. 2. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee work satisfaction at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. Job satisfaction has a substantial influence on staff performance at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. 4. The management style of PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar has a significant impact on staff performance. 5. Work motivation has a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar. 6. In PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar, leadership style has a substantial impact on staff performance via work satisfaction. 7. Job satisfaction at PT Jaya Abadi Denpasar has a major influence on staff performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the tourism sector in Bali, including the sales of Bali's typical souvenirs at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Bali's typical souvenirs at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar using SWOT analysis during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with five Bali's typical souvenirs traders at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar. The results showed that the strengths of the marketing strategy of Bali's typical souvenirs at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar during the pandemic are good product quality and competitive prices. The weaknesses of the marketing strategy are a lack of innovation and a lack of online product promotion. The opportunities of the marketing strategy are to increase the use of digital platforms to promote products and develop new products. The threats of the marketing strategy are strong competition from online souvenir markets and a decrease in the number of visitors to the market during the pandemic. Therefore, Bali's typical souvenirs traders at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar need to optimize strengths and opportunities, as well as overcome weaknesses and threats by innovating and improving online promotion. This study contributes to understanding the marketing strategy of Bali's typical souvenirs in traditional markets during the COVID-19 pandemic and provides recommendations to address the issues faced by Bali's typical souvenirs traders at Pasar Sukawati Gianyar.

Abstract

As a strategic step of the local government in continuous improvement activities, this study aimed to describe the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat analysis in the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2015 in elements of planning in Pemerintah Negeri Rutong Kota Ambon by Planning, Implementation (Do), Evaluation (Check) and Monitoring (Action). This study used a qualitative methodology with the researcher as the main instrument. Data sources for the study were team management and documentation and it was conducted in Pemerintah Negeri Rutong Kota Ambon. Analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative analysis, verifying the accuracy of the data during in-depth interviews with the employees of state institutions to triangulate the data with the source. The results showed that the SWOT analysis of the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2015 is updated. in a growth strategy phase that offers tremendous opportunity and potential for improvement. Each PDCA element of QMS ISO 9001: 2015 implementation has opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths that can be used for the continuous improvement of Pemerintah Negeri Rutong Kota Amboni. A SWOT analysis with the following criteria can be used to implement the strategy: socio-cultural, economic, environmental, special program of integrated economy and development of tourist villages.
