This study aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of elementary school students, specifically fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Bakan, in filtering information on the internet. In the era of digitalization, students are exposed to a massive influx of information without any guarantee of truth, making the ability to filter valid information crucial. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects consisted of fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Bakan, homeroom teachers, and the principal. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the digital literacy skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Bakan in filtering information were still in the moderate to limited category. Most students can operate digital devices and access search engines as well as social media fluently, but still experience difficulties in evaluating the credibility of information sources, distinguishing fictitious content (hoaxes) from factual news, and verifying the truth of information before sharing it. Supporting factors for digital literacy at school include the availability of internet facilities and teacher guidance, while inhibiting factors include the lack of parental supervision at home and the absence of a specific curriculum regarding digital ethics at the elementary school level.
