<![CDATA[Teacher performance is one of the important factors in improving the quality of basic education because it reflects individual competence and organizational conditions in the school environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, school culture, and teamwork on the performance of elementary school teachers in Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 162 elementary school teachers as respondents. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study showed that emotional intelligence had a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance (t = 1.694; p = 0.092). School culture had a positive and significant effect (t = 3.384; p = 0.001), while teamwork had a positive but insignificant effect (t = 0.187; p = 0.852). Simultaneously, emotional intelligence, school culture, and teamwork had a significant effect on teacher performance (F = 9.694; p < 0.001). The value of the determination coefficient (R² = 0.155) showed that the research model was able to explain 15.5% of the variation in teacher performance. These findings confirm the importance of strengthening school culture and the need to consider other factors that also affect the improvement of teacher performance.]]>
