This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of communication, individual characteristics, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Purworejo Regency Inspectorate Office. Quality human resources play a crucial role in the success of government agencies, especially in internal supervisory institutions that demand high professionalism and integrity. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the Purworejo Regency Inspectorate Office, totaling 60 respondents. Data collection was through distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques used were instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests), and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25.0. The results of the study indicate that communication, individual characteristics, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance at the Purworejo Regency Inspectorate Office. These findings indicate that the more effective communication between employees, the better individual characteristics in carrying out tasks, and the higher organizational commitment possessed by employees, the more employee performance will increase. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of human resource management, particularly regarding factors influencing employee performance, and provide practical input for the Purworejo Regional Inspectorate Office in improving employee performance.
