Employee productivity is essential for ensuring effective public service delivery, yet productivity at the Palu City General Election Commission (KPU) remains suboptimal. This study examines the effects of employee welfare programs and leadership style on employee productivity. A quantitative explanatory design was applied to 33 employees using saturated sampling. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. Welfare programs and leadership style positively and significantly affected productivity, both partially and simultaneously, explaining 76.6% of its variation. Strengthening employee welfare and effective leadership may therefore enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.
