This study aims to develop an integrated tourism digitalization model to improve the quality of tourism services and digital asset management in Tugu Selatan Tourism Village, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. The research is motivated by the high tourism potential of the Puncak area; however, information services, booking, promotion, and digital asset management have not yet been fully integrated. Digital initiatives during 2025–2026, including the development of a tourism village website and the adoption of a digital ecosystem based on Destination Management System, Property Management System, and Experience Management System, indicate that the digital transformation process has begun but still requires integration more closely aligned with the village’s operational needs. The study employs a mixed-methods approach with a primary focus on system development through Rapid Application Development (RAD), consisting of Requirement Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. Qualitative data were obtained through observation and interviews with village managers, while quantitative evaluation was conducted through a digital gap analysis involving 30 tourists and a cutover trial involving 50 respondents. The findings of this study demonstrate that integrated digitalization can enhance service efficiency, ease of information access, and tourist experience, while simultaneously supporting more structured digital asset management in the village.
