Abstract

Millennials were born by the digital era where technology has become an inseparable part of their lives. This has become an impetus for many companies to also switch to the digital realm. The Millennial Generation spends time communicating via the internet or smart phones and social media, while the previous generation prefers to communicate face-to-face. However, instead of using technology appropriately, many Millennials use various platforms for unnecessary things, such as excessive surfing on the internet, focusing on various hoaxes on social media, to inappropriate self-actualization. The digital era has also made the current generation lose focus on religious values. Efforts to overcome the problems of the Millennial Generation in achieving success in this world and the hereafter are socialization of the importance of developing various Millennial characteristics, including having a realistic vision of the future, rich in innovative ideas, smart in managing finances, being confident and opening up to new insights.Keywords: Digital Era, Millennials, Success, Generation.

Abstract

Basic data management using Microsoft Excel tools is the initial material given in studying functions in Microsoft Excel so that all participants, both beginners and those who have studiedĀ  before, can easily understand and practice, while the material given starts from understanding Microsoft Excel. , advantages and disadvantages, operators, basic mathematical formulas and calculation functions. the purpose of holding community service with this theme is so that people can easily and practice how to manage data in the form of calculations to reporting using Microsoft Excel so that work will be completed faster when compared to manual management. This service is carried out using a practical method through case study questions given, due to the implementation under the conditions of Covid 19, the learning method is provided online using google meet.Keywords: Microsoft excel, management, basic data, dedication, excel basic formula

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a web-based data management system using QR Code technology to address production machine data management issues at PT Denso Manufacturing Indonesia Cikarang Baru. The current system still relies on manual methods using Microsoft Excel and physical documents, resulting in delayed information access, the risk of input errors, and the difficulty of real-time data tracking. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method, including literature review, observation, and interviews to identify system requirements. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), which includes Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The database was optimized through normalization and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). The resulting web-based system allows Admins and Users to manage machine data through features such as registration, login, data addition, QR Code scanning, and data updates, with access controlled based on user roles. This system has successfully improved operational efficiency, reduced machine downtime, and supported the digitalization of work processes at PT Denso Manufacturing Indonesia, while positively contributing to the company's productivity and digital transformation.
