<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Canva-based interactive learning media on students’ mathematics learning outcomes in Grade VIII at MTs Negeri 3 Mataram during the 2026/2027 academic year. This research employed a quantitative approach using a Posttest-Only Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of 71 students, including 35 students in the experimental class who received instruction using Canva-based interactive learning media and 36 students in the control class who were taught using conventional textbook-based learning media. Data were collected through a mathematics learning outcomes test on the topic of exponents. The collected data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, an Independent Samples t-test, and an effect size analysis. The results showed that the mean posttest score of students’ mathematics learning outcomes in the experimental class was 78.43, while the control class obtained a mean score of 60.75. The homogeneity test indicated that the data had homogeneous variances, with a significance value of 0.188 > 0.05. Furthermore, the hypothesis testing using the Independent Samples t-test revealed that the calculated t-value of 4.460 was higher than the t-table value of 1.995 at a significance level of 0.05, indicating that the null hypothesis () was rejected and the alternative hypothesis () was accepted. In addition, the calculation of the effect size using Cohen’s d resulted in a value of 1.059, which was categorized as a high effect. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that Canva-based interactive learning media has a positive and significant effect on students’ mathematics learning outcomes in Grade VIII at MTs Negeri 3 Mataram during the 2026/2027 academic year.]]>
