Adequate infrastructure, facilities, and utilities (PSU) are essential for safe and sustainable settlements. This community service activity aimed to identify PSU needs in four districts of Sinjai Regency and strengthen the use of geographic information systems (GIS) for settlement planning. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, secondary-data review, and spatial analysis using QGIS with participatory and descriptive approaches. The activity identified uneven service conditions in road quality, drainage, clean-water networks, electricity, and the distribution of public facilities. Field findings were organized into a GIS-based spatial database and maps of PSU needs to support systematic prioritization. Qualitative evaluation showed that the outputs improved the structure and accessibility of PSU information and provided a practical basis for coordination and follow-up planning by the partner. The activity supports more transparent, evidence-based, and sustainable settlement management.
