<![CDATA[Irrational drug use remains a major health problem, especially among adolescents and young adults who practice self-medication without adequate technical knowledge. Improper disposal of drug waste also has the potential to pollute the environment. The DAGUSIBU program (Get, Use, Store, Dispose) initiated by the Indonesian Pharmacists Association aims to improve public knowledge in managing drugs rationally. However, understanding DAGUSIBU is incomplete without knowledge of BUD (Beyond Use Date), which is the time limit for using a drug after opening the packaging. BUD is an important material that strengthens the "Dispose" pillar in DAGUSIBU. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge of the Karang Taruna in Dusun Jombor, Desa Sumberejo, Klaten, regarding DAGUSIBU integrated with BUD. The activity was carried out at Dusun Jombor with 27 participants. The method used was interactive education with lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions, supported by leaflets and videos. Evaluation was conducted through a post-test questionnaire. The results showed that the average knowledge level for BUD was 97.8% (good category), and for DAGUSIBU was 88.88% (good category). The highest correct answer percentage for BUD was about dry syrup (92.6%), while the lowest was about capsules and tablets being resistant to humid conditions (81.4%). For DAGUSIBU, the highest was about medication adherence (100%), and the lowest was about completing antibiotics (81.48%). It can be concluded that the integrated education effectively improved participants' knowledge. Further education is needed to correct misconceptions, especially regarding antibiotic use and drug storage.]]>
