The rapid advancement of digital technology has transformed the way employees carry out their work, particularly among Generation Z, giving rise to challenges in balancing time and attention between work demands and life outside of work, which ultimately affects employees' job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the influence of digital work culture and work-life balance on the job satisfaction of Generation Z employees in DKI Jakarta, both individually and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 Generation Z employees selected through purposive sampling, with the criteria that respondents had worked for at least one year and utilized digital technology in their daily work activities. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, complemented by t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination, following classical assumption tests covering normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The results show that digital work culture and work-life balance each have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and together the two variables are able to explain 82.6% of the variation in job satisfaction. Based on these findings, companies need to create a supportive digital work environment and establish clearer boundaries between working hours and personal life in order to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
