Abstract

Penelitian ini di adakan dengan tujuan mencari hipotesis apakah pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai variable bebas (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa(Y), dan apakah kreativitas diri pribadi (X2) bisa mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa (Y) dan apakah pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas diri secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa (X1+X2 = Y), adapun sampel yang di gunakan adalah data mahasiswa di kelas 63.4A.31 prodi S1 Akuntansi Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika sebanyak 30 mahasiswa/i dan menggunakan metode penelitian statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Setelah menggunakan metode statistik SPSS maka di peroleh nilai signifikansi 0,05, bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa, untuk kreativitas diri ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa dan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas diri secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha mahasiswa

Abstract

Currently, with the advancement of information technology and the increasing number of Indonesian markets, more than 60% of Indonesians including millennials, entrepreneurs, employees, and housewives, have switched to using marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc. for their daily needs. In this study, researchers want to summarize customer satisfaction when using the Shopee marketplace, especially those related to the services provided by PT. J&T Express Indonesia is located at the Koja Jakarta Utara. Researchers used raw data from a questionnaire of 100 respondents and used the IPA and CSI methods as analytical measuring tools to understand customer satisfaction. From the results of this study using the IPA method, there are several indicators of customer satisfaction that need to be improved both in quadrants I, II, III, and IV. Of the four quadrants, quadrant IV needs to improve the performance of the J&T Express company, although customers are satisfied customers also don't expect much from the J&T Express company. And if use the CSI method, you get 80.36%, which means that customers are satisfied with the services provided by J&T Express Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan didirikan sebuah perusahaan yaitu untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sebanyak-banyaknya. Selain keuntungan, didalam suatu usaha juga penting dilakukan perhitungan R/C, BEP (Unit) untuk menentukan berapa banyak jumlah produksi yang harus diperoleh agar perusahaan mengalami titik impas, ROI dan Payback Period (PP) untuk menghitung  berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan agar modal yang dikeluarkan bisa Kembali. Dengan melakukan perhitungan Analisa Payback Period maka perusahaan akan mengetahui berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembalikan modal atau nilai investasi yang dikeluarkan.Usaha Pembesaran Udang Maju Bersama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang bisnis udang yang berlokasi di Serang, Banten.  Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskrptif dengan pendekatan kasus untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih jelas dan terperinci berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan dengan memperhitungkan penilaian investasi berupa R/C, BEP, ROI, dan PP (payback period) dimana perusahaan dapat memperkirakan berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan agar modal kembali. Nilai R/C yang dicapai oleh usaha pembesaran udang maju bersama mencapai Rp.1,25, BEP (Unit) sebesar 114 Kg, ROI 44,78% dan PP(Payback Period) yang dicapai oleh Usaha Pembesaran Udang Maju Bersama mencapai 2,2 tahun dan angka ini lebih kecil dibandingkan umur investasi, maka investasi layak dijalankan. Owner usaha pembesaran udang Maju Bersama, sebaiknya menerapkan analisis Payback Period sebagai salah satu alat untuk mengetahui kondisi keuangan yang telah dicapai untuk mempersingkat waktu pengembalian modal yang telah dikeluarkan.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that is currently occurring in Indonesia has caused Indonesia to experience symptoms of a recession, where it is difficult to find jobs. This study aims to determine the development of UMKM during a pandemic and how many residents have turned into entrepreneurs. This study uses the SWOT research method and the creation of a canvas model business concept. Respondents of this study were 30 UMKM in the kelurahan Rawa Badak Selatan in North Jakarta and the data were collected through the interview method from several informants and observations of 30 UMKM. This study shows the results, namely the effect of SWOT analysis and making the business concept of the canvas model on UMKM, which can increase income during the Covid Pandemic 19.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak sekali berkembangnya bisnis UKM yang di sertai persaingan yang cukup ketat antar bisnis yang sejenis dan banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi untung atau tidaknya bisnis tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik, Dengan kondisi banyaknya UKM yang banyak berdiri di Indonesia, maka itu peneliti ingin meneliti perkembangan dari suatu usaha toko kue cantika yang baru berdiri kurang lebih lima tahun. Toko kue cantika merupakan usaha dagang yang bergerak di bidang makanan ringan yaitu berupa penjualan donat kentang dan donat aneka rasa, toko kue ini berlokasi di jalan kebon jati No. 1 sukabumi jawa barat. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar laba maksimun yang diperoleh oleh toko kue cantika dalam satu hari produksi Untuk menjaga kelangsungan, berkembangnya usaha dagang dari toko kue cantika maka diperlukan langkah-langkah untuk dapat mengalokasi bahan baku serta meningkatkan keuntungan. Diperlukan metode dalam menentukan kombinasi yang tepat dari produk yang dibuat serta kombinasi dari produk yang dihasilkan. Metode simpleks ialah metode yang digunakan dalam penelian ini yaitu berupa aplikasi POM-QM for windows V5. Aplikasi ini bisa untuk memperkirakan laba maksimum yang diperoleh dari setiap produksi yang dilakukan oleh pemilik toko kue cantika dalam jangka waktu satu hari, sehingga memiliki perkiraan perhitungan yang akurat. Hasil perhitungan laba maksimum dalam satu hari sebesar Rp 2.472.000

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the pharmaceutical industry became a priority sector for the government's efforts towards achieving the Making Indonesia 4.0 program. This priority was driven by the increased demand for supplements, vitamins, and medications to boost immune systems. Unlike other sectors that experienced a decline in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, the pharmaceutical industry saw an upward trend. This presents an interesting opportunity to assess the financial performance of these pharmaceutical companies. The objective of this assessment is to determine whether there are any differences in financial performance between the pre-pandemic and during the pandemic periods (2018-2021) in the pharmaceutical industry. The study involved a sample of 10 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, including both state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and private companies. The assessment method employed was the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test, as the available data did not follow a normal distribution. The research findings indicate that the Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) showed no significant differences between the pre-pandemic period (2018-2019) and during the COVID-19 pandemic period (2020-2021).

Abstract

A corporation seeks optimal performance from its workforce, prompting researchers to conduct a study at the national private bank, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, situated on Jalan Prapatan Raya No. 50 in Central Jakarta. The study focuses on two independent variables, namely behavioral attitude and Internal drive. This study seeks to evaluate the influence of behavioral attitudes. and Internal drive on workplace productivity at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Prapatan Raya Branch, Central Jakarta. The sample comprises all 68 employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, Prapatan Branch. The researchers conducted various statistical analyses, including tests of validity, tests of reliability, tests for classical assumptions, t-tests, and f-tests, and regression analysis involving several variables analyses. The classical assumption test results indicate that each indicator in the independent and dependent variables is valid and reliable. In the t-test, both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables individually influence employee performance variables significantly (with a sig value <0.05). Meanwhile, the f-test shows that both behavioral attitude and self-motivation variables collectively have a significant impact on workplace productivity variables (with sig < 0.05). This study yields positive influence results, suggesting that positive employee behavior and motivation correlate positively with employee performance.

Abstract

Industri Mikro dan kecil merupakan salah satu industri yang terkena dampak pandemi COVID-19. Pada riset ini dilakukan kajian mengenai “Implementasi Strategi dan Kebijakan dalam Mempertahankan Usaha Pada Industri Mikro dan kecil di Tengah Dampak Pandemi COVID-19”. Riset ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan data publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik yaitu “Profil Industri Mikro dan kecil 2021” sebagai data sekunder yang akan diolah menggunakan bantuan alat uji statistik JASP. Model regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan melibatkan variabel Strategi usaha, kebijakan yang dibutuhkan, dan lama usaha bertahan tanpa bantuan sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan dampak pandemi COVID-19 digunakan sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa variabel strategi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dampak pandemi COVID-19, sedangkan variabel kebijakan yang dibutuhkan dan lama usaha bertahan tanpa bantuan tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap dampak pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

The main aspect that needs to be considered by organizations or companies to achieve their goals is the HR aspect. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to employee performance to be even better, especially in terms of recruitment and job training. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job training on employee performance at PT. Inasentra Unisatya. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this study are interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Inasentra Unisatya in the field of personnel as many as 53 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with a sample size of 53 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient testing processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that partially recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial job training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously recruitment and job training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

PT. Pardic Jaya Chemicals is a company that produces synthetic resin used as raw material for other industries. In its operations, it is important for PT. Pardic Jaya Chemicals to pay attention to factors that can optimize employee performance, such as the kaizen culture implemented through a suggestion system and a reward system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of kaizen culture and rewards on employee performance. The data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The type of analysis method is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample size is 60 people, obtained from the Slovin formula applied to a population of 150 individuals. Based on the research conducted, the multiple linear regression equation produced is Y = 5.611 + 0.290X1 + 0.557X2. This equation shows that kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and t-count > t-table (3.317 > 2.002). Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and t-count > t-table (4.965 > 2.002). Kaizen culture and rewards simultaneously have an effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and F-count > F-table (36.988 > 4.007).
