This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Pamenang Gurah Kediri Branch. Using a quantitative approach with survey methods and a saturated sample of 48 employees, data was collected via a Likert questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.121, p = 0.303), while work discipline has a positive and significant effect (β = 0.645, p < 0.001). Together, these two predictors explained 49.7% of the variance in employee performance. This means that the two independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work motivation has an insignificant positive influence, while work discipline has a very strong positive influence. These findings confirm that work discipline is the dominant predictor in a micro banking environment that demands punctuality and accuracy.
