Abstract

This research talked about the client decision to save on BNI Sharia in Kediri Town ofEast Java. This study was focused on bank image improvement model and Saving Decisionbased on CSR, and Product Quality. From the testing results on the model in this research,by using random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and the assistancesoftware Amos 20, on 150 respondents, it was able to explain the relationship betweenCSR, Product Quality, and Bank Image on the Saving Decision at Bank BNI Sharia inKediri Town of East Java. In this research, it was obtained a strong influence of CSR onBank Image, amounting to 0.286, and a strong influence of the bank image on the clientsaving decision, that is of 0.780, this case showed that, with the rise of CSR, it will raisethe Bank Image, which in turn raised the Decision Saving of clients. In this research, italso obtained a strong influence of product quality on the Bank Image, amounting to 0.327,this case showed that, with good product quality, it will raise the Saving Decisions ofclients, through Bank Image. While the correlation between CSR and saving decision wasinsignificant.Keywords: CSR, Product Quality, Bank Image, Saving Decision

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine whether experience, education, time expense, and entrepreneur mentality have influence to achievement. The data was gathered through the administration of questionnaire as well as direct interview with a selected subjects in Bulusari village at Kediri City. By using F test, T test, multiple linier regression in analyzing data, this study found, first, experience, education, time expense, and entrepreneur mentality have influence to achievement. Second, dominant factor is entrepreneur mentality.

Abstract

The tourism industry has become one of the sectors whose operations have been hampered due to the pandemic. Since the enactment of the new normal in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, several tourist attractions have been active again, including the Mount Kelud tourist area located in Kediri Regency. The problem is how the tourism sectors in the Kelud mountain area can regain tourist interest and loyalty after actively operating again. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the destination image factor, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) factor which in this case refers to tourists, and tourist satisfaction with tourist loyalty to the Gunung Kelud tourist area, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses multiple linear regression method to 320 respondents. The results of the data distribution statement obtained, amounting to 3.15 which falls into the required scale category. From the modeling results, the regression value of the destination image decreased by 0.57%, customer relationship management increased by 12.1% and satisfaction increased by 30.9%. Partially, the destination image is worth 2,702 units, customer relationship management is 1,982 units and tourist satisfaction is 6,903 units for the loyalty of Mount Kelud tourists. Meanwhile, simultaneously that Destination Image, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction are worth 21,402 units.

Abstract

Suatu merek yang berhasil dalam mencapai target sasaran dominan menggunakan strategi periode. Keputusan konsumen dalam menentukan produk dengan dasar perkembangan teknologi. Teknologi yang berkembang mampu menciptakan produk unggulan dari berbagai bidang. Persaingan ketat antar perusahaan didukung dengan kebutuhan konsumen yang meningkat. Kebutuhan konsumen yang sangat selektif dan perusahaan perlu merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku konsumen dengan aspek Brand Image, Brand Experience, Brand Loyalty, Brand Personality dan Brand Identity secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy Smart Key. Metode analisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh parsial dan simultan terhadap variabel tersebut. Aspek Brand Image sebesar 2,635, Brand Experience sebesar 2,659, Brand Loyalty sebesar 2,956, Brand Personality sebesar 3,072 dan Brand Identity sebesar 11,832 memiliki nilai simultan sebesar 33,134 satuan dengan keberhasilan pada determinasi sebesar 69,1% terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda Scoopy Smart Key.

Abstract

Industri keuangan berperan sebagai sarana dalam mencari dana yang bersifat jangka panjang, kegiatan menabung oleh perusahaan – perusahaan yang membutuhkan dana dengan cepat. Risiko penutupan bank karena melakukan dampak negatif. Banyak orang menjadi rugi karena tidak ada jaminan untuk deposito dan tabungan pada bank yang ditutup tersebut. Selanjutnya, deposan ingin menarik pada saat yang sama. Hal ini menyebabkan bank mengalami resiko Loan to Deposit Ratio, yang kemudian BLBI (Bantuan Loan to Deposit Ratio Bank Indonesia) diturunkan untuk membantu bank tersebut. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) secara parsial terhadap Loan to Deposit Ratio Bank BUMN di Indonesia secara parsial dan secara simultan. Analisa data yang digunakan dengan sampel CAR, NPL, NIM dan LDR pada BRI, MANDIRI, BNI, BTN dengan metode regresi linier berganda dengan data model triwulan selama 2016 - 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CAR sebesar 2,097, NPL sebesar 2,206 dan NIM sebesar 3,103 parsial terhadap LDR dan nilai simultan sebesar 3,814. Kata Kunci : CAR, LDR, NIM, NPL

Abstract

The Kediri Government encourages the Smart City concept to be applied by all its people. The smart city concept also influenced Baso Aci Tata Snack to change its marketing method which initially used traditional methods to modern ways using sophisticated technology. Baso Aci Tata Snack is one of the MSMEs in Kediri City engaged in the culinary sector. The purpose of this service activity is to encourage MSME players of Baso Aci Tata Snack to have wise and effective knowledge about the use of digital media (marketplace) in their marketing activities so that their sales turnover can increase. The method used in this activity is the survey method. The results achieved in this activity are the knowledge and understanding of employees and owners of Baso Aci Tata Snack regarding the use of technology in determining strategies to go to marketplace. This service activity is very useful for Baso Aci Tata Snack because it can increase the profit to be obtained besides that the training carried out can increase the productivity of Baso Aci Tata Snack so as to improve employee welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. BPR Insumo Sumberarto Kediri. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents. The population in this study was 60 respondents, all of whom were used as samples, also known as census research. The path analysis method tests the results of the respondent's data to measure the effect of the intervening variable. The test results show that organizational commitment positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction. With a strong commitment, employees will be encouraged to work hard for progress to achieve job satisfaction and employee performance by the expectations desired by the organization. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. With the better and more consistent organizational commitment that is currently implemented, it will be able to improve employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. Where the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the employee will show best performance. By mediating job satisfaction, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance also increases.

Abstract

Peningkatan pembangunan yang ada di Kabupaten Kediri merupakan salah satu usaha yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi pada daerah tersebut, salah satu proyek besar pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten kediri adalah pembangunan Simpang Lima Gumul guna memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk berwirausaha dan mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM. Namun, pengetahuan para pedagang mengenai strategi pemasaran yang benar untuk menarik dan mendapatkan konsumen masih kurang, menyebabkan penjualan menjadi stuck dan tidak mengalami perubahan. Untuk itu tim pengabdi tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian yaitu dengan membantu beberapa pedagang khususnya pada sektor makanan ringan dan aneka jajanan, dengan harapan bahwa pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang tata pelayanan yang baik guna meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil utama dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dari kelompok pedagang yang ada di area Simpang Lima Gumul Kabupaten Kediri mengenai pelayanan seperti apa yang diharapkan oleh konsumen sehingga para pedagang tersebut dapat memberikan kinerja pelayanan yang maksimal yang dapat meningkatkan keuntungan.

Abstract

McDonald's is a fast food restaurant that has a branch in Kediri. The restaurant currently has competitors that can reduce customer satisfaction. Therefore, the research conducted aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of using the independent variables Customer Relatioship Management and Service Quality and the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 93 respondents using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of the dominant respondents at the age <20 years are female, the level of students whose income is <1 million in high school education and equivalent. Partially and simultaneously Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality, each of which has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. McDonald’s merupakan salah satu restoran cepat saji yang memiliki cabang di Kota Kediri. Restoran tersebut saat ini memiliki kompetitor yang dapat memberikan dampak penurunan kepuasan bagi para pelanggannya. Oleh sebab itu, dari penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan pengaruh simultan dengan penggunaan variabel bebas Customer Relatioship Management dan Kualitas Layanan serta variabel terikat Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 93 responden menggunakan formula Slovin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, karakteristik responden dominan pada usia <20 tahun berjenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pelajar/mahasiswa yang pendapatannya <1 juta pada pendidikan SMA sederajat. Secara parsial dan simultan Customer Relatioship Management dan Kualitas Layanan, masing – masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

The plantation subsector plays a significant role in Indonesia's agricultural sector, providing a considerable supply of raw materials for the processing industry. Sugarcane is one of the key commodities in this subsector. This study aims to: 1) Identify the income from sugarcane farming under a leasing system compared to direct ownership and 2) Determine the factors contributing to the income disparity between sugarcane farmers who use the leasing system and those under direct ownership. This research applied a quantitative descriptive method to provide an overview of sugarcane farming operations in both systems. From the study results, under the direct ownership system, although the initial costs were somewhat high, fertilizer and seeds were lower, leading to a lower total production cost of approximately IDR39,334,028.00. On the other hand, the seed and fertilizer costs were relatively high under the leasing system, resulting in a total production cost of IDR45,500,578.00. Even though the revenue from the leasing-based sugarcane farming was higher than that of direct ownership, the net income from direct ownership sugarcane farming was greater than the leasing system, creating an income difference of around IDR4,745,305.00 or an added value increase of 11.84% compared to the income of leasing-based sugarcane farmers. The t-test was used for comparative analysis, and it was found that t-calculated 0.594 < t-table 1.782, indicating no significant difference between the two systems, and both are equally profitable. Subsektor perkebunan memegang peranan penting dalam bidang pertanian Indonesia, berkontribusi besar dalam pasokan bahan baku untuk industri pengolahan. Salah satu komoditi kunci dalam subsektor ini adalah tebu. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pendapatan dari usaha tani tebu dalam sistem penyewaan dibandingkan dengan kepemilikan langsung. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga bisa mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap komparasi pengasilan petani tebu yang menggunakan lahan sewa dengan lahan kepemilikan pribadi. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang operasi usaha tani tebu dalam kedua sistem tersebut. Dari hasil studi, pada sistem kepemilikan langsung, meskipun biaya awal cukup tinggi, namun biaya untuk pupuk dan benih lebih rendah, sehingga total biaya produksi menjadi lebih rendah, yaitu sekitar Rp39.334.028,00. Sementara pada sistem sewa, biaya benih dan pupuk relatif tinggi, yang mengakibatkan total biaya produksi mencapai Rp45.500.578,00. Meski penerimaan dari usaha tani tebu berbasis sistem sewa lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sistem kepemilikan langsung, namun pendapatan bersih dari usaha tani tebu sistem kepemilikan langsung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sistem sewa, menciptakan perbedaan pendapatan sekitar Rp4.745.305,00 atau peningkatan nilai tambah sebesar 11,84% dibandingkan dengan pendapatan petani tebu sistem sewa. Uji t digunakan untuk analisis komparatif, dan ditemukan bahwa t-hitung 0,594 < t-tabel 1,782, yang menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kedua sistem, dan keduanya sama-sama menguntungkan.
