<![CDATA[Abstract: The use of the JakSehat application for online registration is one of the efforts to digitize health services to improve public access to Community Health Centers. However, the level of use of online registration at the Kebon Jeruk District Community Health Center is still not optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and digital literacy on the use of the JakSehat application for online registration. This study aims to determine the influence of perceived ease of use and digital literacy on the use of online registration at the Kebon Jeruk District Community Health Center, using a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling techniques. Data collection used a questionnaire with an interval scale. Univariate and multivariate data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the perception of the ease of use of the JakSehat application was in the fairly good category, while the respondents' digital literacy was in the moderate category. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test), the calculated F value was 25.807 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). These results indicate that perceived ease of use and digital literacy significantly influence the use of the JakSehat app for online registration at the Kebon Jeruk District Community Health Center. It can be concluded that improving the public's perception of ease of use and digital literacy plays a significant role in increasing the use of the JakSehat app for online registration at the Kebon Jeruk District Community Health Center. Namun, tingkat penggunaan pendaftaran online di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan literasi digital terhadap penggunaan aplikasi JakSehat pada pendaftaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan literasi digital terhadap penggunaan pendaftaran online di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala interval. Teknik analisis data univariat dan multivariat dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan aplikasi JakSehat berada pada kategori cukup baik, sedangkan literasi digital responden berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan (uji F), diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 25,807 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan literasi digital secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi JakSehat pada pendaftaran online di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan persepsi kemudahan dan literasi digital masyarakat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi JakSehat pada pendaftaran online di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk.
