Junior high school students' mathematical critical thinking skills remain low due to conventional learning and the lack of interactive media. This Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE model aims to develop valid, practical, and effective Canva-assisted interactive learning media based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) for data and diagram materials. The implementation employed a nonquivalent control group design involving 60 students divided into experimental and control classes. The results showed the media was highly valid, scoring 93.45% from media experts and 93.45% from material experts. It also met highly practical criteria through one-to-one (76.49%) and small-group (90.84%) trials. The summative evaluation via N-Gain test proved the experimental class achieved high-category improvement (0.718), outperforming the control class in the moderate category (0.493). Furthermore, the Independent Samples T-Test yielded a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant difference in improvement. Thus, the PBL-based interactive Canva media is proven valid, practical, and effective in improving students' mathematical critical thinking skills.
