Abstract

SIMRS memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan efisiensi kerja dan percepatan pelayanan, namun belum dirasakan secara merata.KATA KUNCI: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit, HOT-Fit, transformasi digital, pelayanan kesehatanImplementation of the Periksa.id Hospital Management Information System Using the Human, Organization, and Technology (HOT)-Fit Framework : study qualitative ABSTRACTIntroduction: The implementation of a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is part of the digital transformation of healthcare services. RSGMP Moestopo has implemented the Periksa.id HMIS to support clinical and administrative services. The success of information system implementation is influenced by technological, human, and organizational factors. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Periksa.id HMIS at RSGMP Moestopo using the Human–Organization–Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) framework. Methods: This study employed a qualitative case study design. Informants were purposively selected from hospital management, HMIS users, and information technology personnel. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review and analyzed thematically based on the HOT-Fit components. Result: The findings indicate that the Periksa.id HMIS supports hospital operations through usability, data security, and technical support, although challenges remain related to system stability, differences in needs across units, and limited module integration. Conclusion: The system is routinely used with relatively high user satisfaction, yet its utilization has not been fully optimized. Organizational support is reflected in the provision of facilities and training, while system maintenance remains largely reactive. The HMIS provides benefits in terms of improved work efficiency and faster service delivery, although these benefits are not evenly distributed across all units.KEY WORDS: hospital management information system, HOT-Fit, digital transformation, healthcare services
