<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of service excellence learning, career guidance, and students' perceptions of workplace practice on the work readiness of vocational high school students. A quantitative research approach with a survey method was employed. The population consisted of all twelfth-grade students of the Digital Business Program at SMKN 10 Surabaya who had completed service excellence learning, received career guidance services, and participated in workplace practice. A total of 136 students were selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that service excellence learning has a positive and significant effect on students' work readiness. Career guidance also positively and significantly influences work readiness by helping students understand career opportunities and prepare for future employment. In addition, students' perceptions of workplace practice have a positive and significant effect on work readiness, indicating that meaningful workplace experiences enhance students' confidence, competencies, and adaptability in the workplace. Simultaneously, service excellence learning, career guidance, and students' perceptions of workplace practice significantly contribute to improving students' work readiness.]]>
