Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap minat beli ulang pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan non probabilty sampling, dengan total responden 137. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu konsumen yang sudah pernah datang pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y)Â pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung, sedangkan variabel harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y) pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung , dan variabel Kualitas Layanan (X1) dan Harga (X2) Secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.

This type of research is the development of research. Development using a modification model Borg and Gall (2003), the data collection techniques through technical documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were the data results of the review and testing of the products as the basis for improvement of media. Than, questionnaire respondents assessment of the effectiveness of media related learning on student results. From the overall stages of the study showed that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes by using powerpoint compared with the results of classical learning of students by using interactive media flash

The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the dominant factor as a determinant of the entrepreneurship intent of the students of the Department of Economic Education of the State University of Surabaya.This research uses explanatory research method, the sample used is 166 students from the total population of 286 students with purposiverandom sampling technique. The results showed that locus of control, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial attitudes affect the intention of student entrepreneurship. From the three determining variables of the entrepreneurship intentions, there is one dominant variable as determinant of student entrepreneurship intention, it is locus of control. The locus of control of students related to entrepreneurship is a personal belief in the success gained from the business and learning process. The implication of this research is students need to strengthen the formation ofentrepreneurial mindset to be able to grow their self-confidence on their own potentials.

Nowadays one promising business is the fashion industry, especially footwear. UD. Poker is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises which engaged in the footwear industry. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews directly with the owners, employees, and communities around UD. Poker. Depth interviews, observation, and documentation are also used in data collection. Data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of four stages, 1) analysis of internal and external environment UD. Poker, 2) analyzing using the SWOT matrix, and 3) formulating alternative strategies, 4) recommending strategic decisions to develop business for UD. Poker. Based on the SWOT matrix program, the position of UD Poker is in quadrant I (aggressive strategy) which means that UD Poker is growing so UD. Poker is more appropriate to implement the Strength Opportunity (SO) strategy through market penetration and product development.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cafe atmosphere and price on customer satisfaction at Source Coffee Sidoarjo. The following type of research is quantitative research and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research sample used is the number of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, data analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. Results obtained from this study indicate that the cafe atmosphere variables (X1) a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y), while in the variable price (X2) are also significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y) and the cafe atmosphere variables (X1) and price (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y) in Source Coffee Sidoarjo

The research use questionnaire distribution. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience and perceived risk on interest in using electronic money payment systems in the Shopee E-Commerce application. The independent variables studied were perceived ease and risk. Usage variable is usage interest. The following types of research are quantitative research. The population in the study are active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya, class 2018 – 2021 who use the ShopeePay payment system, and get a sample by opening 100 respondents. Using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Based on the analysis of this study, it was found that the variable perception of ease had a positive and significant effect on interest in use, and the variable perception had a positive value and had no effect on interest in use. Meanwhile, the perception of convenience (X?) and the perception of risk (X?) together have a positive effect on interest in using (Y) in the Shopee E-Commerce application.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmospheredan keragaman produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Coffee shop Rustic Market Surabaya. Jenis penelitian berikut yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik penentuan sampel yakni dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian berikut yakni konsumen yang sudah melakukan pembelian di Coffee shop Rustic Market Surabaya minimal satu kali, dan sampel berjumlah 100 responden.Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni berupa regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel store atmosphereberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, variabel keragaman produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan store atmosphere (X₁) dan keragaman produk (X₂) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) di Coffee shop Rustic Market Surabaya dengan kontribusi persentase sebesar 58% sedangkan terdapat sisa sebesar 42% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Shopee menjadi salah satu marketplace pilihan masyarakat Indonesia dalam berbelanja online untuk memenuhi kebutuhan esensial sehari-hari, salah-satunya yakni pemenuhan kebutuhan sandang. Fenomena ini menimbulkan terciptanya banyak pelaku bisnis memanfaatkan marketplace Shopee untuk menjual produk fashion dengan memberikan kelebihan dari produk yang ditawarkan. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pengaruh OCR & rating terhadap purchase intention barang fashion di marketplace Shopee. Jenis penelitian berupa penelitian kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dan mendapatkan sampel berjumlah 96 responden. Populasi penelitian yang diambil yakni Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika & Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan variabel OCR & rating berpengaruh terhadap variabel purchase intention baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 2 variabel independen memberikan sumbangan sebesar 69,1 % serta sisanya 30,9 % dipengaruhi variabel lain.

Seorang guru pendamping dalam kegiatan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah harus mampu memahami sistematika dan teknik penulisan karya ilmiah yang baik dan benar. Pelaksanaan pelatihan PKM bertempat di SMA Ulul Albab Taman Sidoarjo. Peserta kegiatan PKM dikuti oleh guru yang berasal dari dua mitra yaitu SMA Ulul Albab Taman Sidoarjo dan SMA Dharma Wamita 4 Sidoarjo sebanyak 25 orang. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan metode bervariasi yaitu ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM disimpulkan 1) pelaksanaan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi guru SMA di Sidoarjo telah sesuai dengan tahapan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya, 2) pemahaman guru terhadap teknik penilaian penulisan karya tulis ilmiah siswa diukur dengan menggunakan format penilaian karya tulis ilmiah siswa yang sudah disusun oleh sekolah, 3) secara keseluruhan respon peserta pelatihan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini merasakan sangat puas terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Sedangkan sarannya 1) untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi pelatihan Karya Tulis Ilmiah perlu dilakukan pembimbingan secara insentif dan praktik penulisan secara langsung, 2) indikator format penilaian penulisan karya tulis dapat ditambahkan indikator yang lain yaitu kebaruan topik/tema, kedalaman konten materi, penggunaan bahasa yang ilmiah, serta indikator lain yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah.
