This research aims to understand and observe the influence of organizational support and work-life balance on the happiness of Generation Z employes at PT Syn Toba Grafika, a corrugated packaging manufacturing company in Tangerang. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was used in this study, employing a saturated sampling technique on 45 Generation Z employes (born 1997-2012) as respondents. Data were collected thru a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and the analysis included validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 26. The study results show that organizational support has a positive and significant impact on employe well-being separately (t count 6.114 > t table 2.018; significance 0.000), while work-life balance does not have a significant impact on employe well-being separately (t count 1.811 < t table 2.018; significance 0.077). However, in combination, organizational support and work-life balance contribute positively and significantly to employe well-being (F count 55.029 > F table 3.22; significance 0.000), with an R Square of 0.724, indicating that 72.4% of changes in employe well-being are caused by these two factors. These findings suggest that companies with work systems emphasizing physical presence should prioritize enhancing organizational support, while also improving work-life balance policies as a complement to boost the well-being of Generation Z employes.
