This study aims to develop video tutorial-based learning media for teaching the basic technique of volleyball overhead passing to seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja and to determine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning. This study was motivated by students’ low learning engagement and limited mastery of the basic overhead passing technique due to the lack of interactive learning media supported by digital technology. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The resulting product was a high-resolution MP4 video tutorial with an appropriate duration, presenting systematic movement demonstrations, theoretical explanations, and analyses of common errors. Expert validation results demonstrated a very high level of product feasibility, comprising: (1) content expert validation of 90% (Highly Feasible), (2) learning media expert validation of 96% (Highly Feasible), (3) instructional design expert validation of 92% (Highly Feasible), and (4) field practitioner (PJOK teacher) validation of 96% (Highly Feasible). During the limited trial implementation, the student response questionnaire yielded a score of 87%, indicating that the product was Highly Practical for use in the learning process. Therefore, the developed video tutorial-based learning media is considered feasible, practical, and effective as an innovative solution for improving students’ mastery of the basic volleyball overhead passing technique and enhancing their learning motivation.
