The development of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has increasingly influenced learning activities among elementary school students. Although AI can support students in finding information and understanding learning materials, inappropriate use may encourage dependence on instant answers and reduce students' involvement in the learning process. Elementary school students also face various digital security risks, including the disclosure of personal information, weak password practices, fraudulent messages, and suspicious links. This community service activity aimed to improve students' understanding of responsible AI utilization and basic cybersecurity literacy. The activity was conducted at SD Negeri 88 Kota Bengkulu, Bentiring Permai Village, involving 25 fourth-grade students. The activity was implemented on August 10, 11, and 14, 2026, through coordination and observation, interactive socialization, and oral question-and-answer evaluation. The materials covered the use of AI as a learning aid, responsible AI use, password security, protection of personal information, and awareness of suspicious links. Evaluation results showed that the average student understanding increased from 40.0% before the activity to 89.6% after the activity, representing an increase of 49.6 percentage points. The activity indicates that interactive education can be used as an initial approach to introduce responsible AI use and basic cybersecurity awareness to elementary school students.
