This study aimed to develop an interactive E-LKPD based on Wizer.me to improve the critical thinking skills of third-grade elementary school students in Science and Social Studies (IPAS), particularly on the topic of Needs and Wants. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The subjects were 26 third-grade students at SDN Pakis V/372 Surabaya. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and tests. The research instruments included validation sheets for media experts, material experts, and learning device experts; student response and activity sheets; and pretest and posttest items. Data were analyzed to determine product validity, practicality, and effectiveness using percentage analysis and N-Gain calculation. The results showed that the interactive E-LKPD obtained validity scores of 96.67% from material experts, 98.33% from media experts, and 98.67% from learning device experts, all categorized as highly valid. Product practicality was demonstrated by student responses of 96.35% and student activity of 91.67%, both categorized as very good. Furthermore, students’ critical thinking skills improved, as indicated by an N-Gain score of 0.61, categorized as moderate. Therefore, the Wizer.me-based interactive E-LKPD is valid, practical, and effective for IPAS learning and improving third-grade students’ critical thinking skills.
