The reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade elementary school students remain relatively low due to the limited use of structured learning methods and optimal digital media. This study aims to examine the effect of the Reading Guide method assisted by Literacy Cloud on students' reading comprehension skills and to compare its improvement with the KWL method. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research subjects consisted of two classes: an experimental class that received the Reading Guide method assisted by Literacy Cloud and a control class that received the KWL method assisted by Literacy Cloud. Data were collected through a pretest, treatment, and posttest, and were subsequently analyzed using N-Gain and an independent samples t-test. The results showed that the mean score of the experimental class increased from 65.34 to 84.66, with an N-Gain score of 0.56, categorized as moderate, while the control class increased from 59.83 to 76.72, with an N-Gain score of 0.42, also categorized as moderate. The independent samples t-test yielded a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.003 (< 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the posttest results of the two classes. The findings indicate that the Reading Guide method assisted by Literacy Cloud produced higher reading comprehension outcomes than the KWL method assisted by the same media.
