This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Reading Corner Program in improving children's reading interest through Community Service Program (KKN) activities in Parumasan Village, Pandeglang. Specifically, this study aims to: (1) describe the initial conditions of children's reading interest in Parumasan Village along with the contributing factors to low reading interest; (2) design and implement a child-friendly Reading Corner Program using innovative and participatory approaches; (3) analyze the impact of the Reading Corner Program on improving children's reading interest both quantitatively and qualitatively; and (4) formulate sustainability strategies to ensure that children's reading interest remains maintained after the KKN program ends. The method used is a participatory approach with stages of observation, program design, implementation of interactive reading activities, and impact evaluation. The results show a significant increase in children's reading interest, as evidenced by the increase in average reading time, positive changes in attitudes toward books, as well as the growth of creativity and self-confidence in literacy among children. This program has proven to be effective and sustainable through the active involvement of all elements of the Parumasan Village community.
