Introduction: The growth of Indonesia's halal industry, supported by nearly 246 million Muslims (87.08% of the population) and the expansion of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee Barokah, Tokopedia Salam, and TikTok Shop, has elevated the importance of Islamic business ethics in digital transactions. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Islamic Business Ethics (DIBE) on customer trust and customer loyalty in halal e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, as well as to test the mediating role of customer trust. Methods: A quantitative explanatory approach was used with purposive sampling of 412 Muslim respondents who had transacted halal products on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop within the last six months. Results: Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate: (1) DIBE has a positive and significant effect on customer trust (β=0.684; p<0.001); (2) DIBE has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (β=0.312; p<0.001); (3) customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (β=0.548; p<0.001); (4) customer trust partially mediates the relationship between DIBE and customer loyalty (β=0.375; p<0.001). Conclusion and suggestion: These findings enrich Islamic marketing literature by integrating the dimensions of sidq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah, and adl into a digital context, and provide practical implications for e-commerce platforms, halal sellers, and regulators (BPJPH) to strengthen Indonesia's digital halal commerce ecosystem.
