Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, as indicated by a t-value of 4.686 with a significance level of 0.000. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 4.771 and a significance level of 0.000.
