The distribution of frozen fishery products via refrigerated vehicles requires rigorous supervision to maintain quality standards. A critical issue often encountered is the delayed detection of cooling system failures, leading to significant material losses. This study aims to design and evaluate an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for real-time monitoring and control of temperature, pressure, and vehicle location. The hardware architecture incorporates an Arduino Mega, NTC sensors, pressure transducers, and a NEO-6M GPS module, utilizing the Ubidots platform as the monitoring interface. Experimental results demonstrated average deviation values of 0.27 for the temperature sensor, 0.91 for the low-pressure sensor, and 0.52 for the high-pressure sensor, all of which remain within acceptable tolerance limits. Furthermore, the automated control systems for the compressor and defrost cycles functioned according to the design specifications, effectively minimizing the risk of product degradation during distribution.
