Critical thinking is an essential skill in science education. It can be fostered through the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with STEM. This study aims to identify and analyze research trends in the application of the PjBL-STEM model to enhance critical thinking skills in science learning. The research employs a descriptive and analytical methodology. The data used in this study were collected from documents indexed in Google Scholar from 2015 to 2024 using Publish or Perish and Dimension.ai. The research procedure follows PRISMA guidelines. Data analysis was conducted using bibliometric methods, supported by VOSviewer software. The findings indicate that research trends on the PjBL-STEM model in science education, indexed in Google Scholar, have shown fluctuating growth from 2015 to 2024. However, a decline in research activity is projected for 2024
