Crumb rubber production at PT. XYZ experiences bottlenecks in both wet and dry processes, resulting in raw material accumulation and disrupted production flow. This study aims to determine the standard processing time at each workstation and optimize the production process using ProModel simulation. A quantitative approach was applied using direct observation, interviews, and secondary company data. The results show that the total average processing time required to produce crumb rubber is 14,807.83 minutes. Simulation results identified bottlenecks mainly at the raw material and drying stages. After optimization, the utility value in the drying process decreased from 19.11% to 6.37%, while the drying machine utility decreased from 9.15% to 3.05%. These results indicate that the proposed simulation model can reduce bottlenecks and improve production process efficiency. Keywords: bottleneck, crumb rubber, promodel, production optimization, simulation
