<![CDATA[Kubu Raya Regency has significant arts and cultural potential, reflected in the diversity of ethnic groups, including the Malay, Dayak, Chinese, and other migrant communities, each possessing distinctive cultural traditions and artistic heritage. However, this potential is not supported by adequate cultural facilities. In addition, the natural environment and tropical climate of the project site require a design that responds to its surrounding context. This project aims to design a cultural park as a venue for community arts and cultural activities while considering the local environmental context. The design process includes the stages of identification, definition, preparation, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. The "Cultural Node" concept is applied through a symbiotic architecture approach that integrates culture, nature, and community activities. The design results in a complex comprising four building masses: a reception building, a gallery building, a performance building, and a management building, all connected by a skywalk. The central area of the site functions as a community interaction space featuring communal facilities such as a plaza, an amphitheater, and a garden. The façades of all buildings are enhanced with a secondary skin featuring the Harmoni Serampai motif, representing the cultural diversity of Kubu Raya Regency.]]>
