The development of education in the digital era requires learning innovations that focus not solely on cognitive aspects but also on character building and strengthening 21st-century competencies, including leadership skills. In education, leadership is not only defined as the ability to direct a group but also reflects responsibility, communication skills, the ability to make appropriate choices, and social sensitivity in establishing relationships with others. This article aims to analyze the literature on how the combination of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) can contribute to strengthening students' leadership attitudes in the context of social relationships. The method used is a literature study with a content analysis approach to various relevant scientific references. The results of the review indicate that PjBL creates a collaborative and contextual learning situation, allowing students to gain experience in task division, managing differences of opinion, and collective responsibility. Meanwhile, the application of AI supports learning differentiation, data-driven reflection, monitoring group member participation, and flexible problem-solving simulations. The combination of these two approaches produces a more dynamic learning environment, involving active participation, and aligned with the individual needs of students. Therefore, the integration of PjBL and AI has the potential to be an alternative innovative learning strategy to strengthen leadership attitudes in the dynamics of social relations, especially in sociology learning.
