This study aimed to determine and describe the validity of test items, test reliability, and item difficulty of a multiple-choice test on trigonometric equations based on classical test theory. This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data in the form of answer sheets from 111 Grade XI Mathematics and Science students at SMA Swasta Mujahidin Pontianak who participated in the Mid-Semester Assessment for Mathematics Specialization in the 2023/2024 academic year. A total of 34 test items were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Item validity was analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation, test reliability using the Kuder-Richardson 21 (KR-21), and item difficulty based on the proportion of students who answered each item correctly. The results showed that 27 items (79.4%) were valid, while 7 items (20.6%) were invalid, with the highest correlation coefficient of 0.64 and the lowest of -0.13. The test reliability coefficient was 0.802, which was classified as high. Regarding item difficulty, 11 items (32.4%) were classified as easy, 20 items (58.8%) as moderate, and 3 items (8.8%) as difficult, with a mean difficulty index of 0.57. Thus, the test demonstrated high reliability, but several items were invalid and the distribution of item difficulty was dominated by the moderate category
