This study aims to analyze the effects of farmer empowerment, coconut management, and green processing on economic value added and coconut farmers’ income in Campalagian Village, as well as to develop an implementation model of green processing based on farmer empowerment. This research employed a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. Quantitative analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, while qualitative analysis was conducted through in-depth interviews with coconut farmers, farmer group leaders, agricultural extension officers, and UMKM coconut processing actors. The results showed that green processing had a positive and significant effect on economic value added with a path coefficient of 0.484, T-statistic of 11.702, and P-value of 0.000. Economic value added had a positive and significant effect on farmers’ income with a path coefficient of 0.682, T-statistic of 22.317, and P-value of 0.000. Furthermore, farmer empowerment had a positive and significant effect on green processing (β=0.231; T=4.387; P=0.000), coconut management (β=0.166; T=3.055; P=0.002), and coconut management had a significant effect on economic value added (β=0.307; T=6.843; P=0.000). Qualitative findings indicated that coconut management is still dominated by raw material sales due to limitations in technology, skills, capital, and market access. This study indicates that the implementation of green processing requires the integration of farmer empowerment, technology transfer, institutional strengthening, and market development to improve economic value added and coconut farmers’ income.
