The mismatch between the competencies of management graduates and industry needs poses a challenge to improving employability. This study aims to develop a Human Resource Management (HRM) curriculum model based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to enhance the employability of management study program graduates. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall model, covering needs analysis, model design, expert validation, limited trial, and revision. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and document studies from 5 companies and 3 universities in West Java. The results show that the developed OBE curriculum model has high validity, with an average score of 4.32 from curriculum experts and HRM practitioners. The model components include graduate learning outcomes aligned with industry standards, project-based learning strategies, authentic assessment, and partnerships with the business sector. The limited trial showed an 18.7% increase in students’ employability scores in communication, problem-solving, and understanding of contemporary HRM practices. This study concludes that the OBE-based HRM curriculum model is effective in bridging the gap between academic learning outcomes and labor market demands. The practical implication is the need for continuous collaboration between universities and industry in curriculum design.
