Abstract

Training assessment is a necessary endeavor if businesses want to assume that the training they offer has a beneficial effect on employee success and the organization as a whole. This study was conducted to elicit knowledge about flight attendants in the program creation phase at the Angkasa Training Center in Jakarta. This study attempts to analyze program execution beginning with the response, learning, behavior, and performance, which includes assessing the program's effectiveness, implementing the program, and assessing the program's effects. Interview tools and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques were used to collect data. Inter-views with flight attendant students, training participants' supervisors, and fellow trainees, specifically flight attendant students, were performed. The following are the findings of this study: 1). The level of appraisal of student reactions to the organizing committee and resource persons is very strong. You need just to focus on the planning of materials at the start of the session. 2) Evaluation of learning, specifically the ability of students' behaviors, abilities, and skills to have a significant assessment, 3). The behavioral assessment, namely the implementation of the evaluation, is conducted after the subjects return to their respective work environments. There was a substantial difference in behavior improvement during the pre-and post-training periods. Changes in behavior such as attendance discipline, dress code, driving, peer motivation, effective coordination, accuracy, and pace at which everyday activities are completed 4) Evaluation of the effect, specifically, there is a rise in the work of training graduates. Alumni will teach, mentor, and extend the experience learned through training to their colleagues, allowing for the development of more effective training approaches.

Abstract

Training evaluation is an activity that must be carried out so that companies can believe that the training they provide can have a positive impact on improving employee performance and the company as a whole. One of them is the Flight Attendant training program at the Angkasa Training Center (ATC). The specific purpose of this research is to evaluate program implementation starting from the reaction, learning, behavior, and results which include: evaluation of program effectiveness, evaluation of program implementation, and evaluation of the impact of the program itself. Data were obtained through interview instruments, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) through qualitative descriptive techniques. Interviews were conducted with flight attendant students, training participants' bosses, and fellow trainees, namely flight attendant students. The results of this study indicate that 1). Reaction evaluation, namely the results of reactions from students to the organizing committee and resource persons is very high. Only need to pay attention to the preparation of materials at the beginning of the training, 2). Learning evaluation, namely the ability of the competence of attitudes, knowledge, and skills of students to have a very significant assessment, 3). Behavioral evaluation, namely the implementation of the evaluation is carried out after the participants return to their respective workplaces. There was a significant increase in a behavior change from before training and after training. Behavioral changes such as attendance discipline, dress code, walking, motivating peers, good communication, and accuracy and speed in completing daily tasks, 4). Impact evaluation, namely there is an increase in the work of training alumni. Alumni can educate and guide and apply the knowledge gained from training to their peers, able to develop better training methods

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) menggunakan alat peraga terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP N 3 Sragi Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah simple random sampling dengan siswa kelas VIIIC sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan CTL sebagai model pembelajarannya dan siswa kelas VIIID sebagai kelas kontrol yang dikenai model pembelajaran ekspositori. Dari hasil uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas diketahui bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan varians homogen kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji ketuntasan dan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian pada uji ketuntasan diperoleh (3,708) > (2,045) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelas eksperimen mencapai KKM. Hasil uji perbedaan dua rata-rata diperoleh (2,454) > (2,00) yang berarti bahwa rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis kelas kontrol.

Abstract

Pembahasan ini membahas tentang penggunaan teknologi Augmented Reality dalam pembelajaran matematika, terutama dalam geometri. Metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan Augmented Reality dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik. Media pembelajaran yang saat ini digunakan, seperti buku dua dimensi (2D) kurang interaktif dan tidak mampu memberikan respon yang cukup. Dengan menggunakan Augmented Reality, objek-objek matematika dapat ditampilkan dalam tiga dimensi (3D) secara nyata dan interaktif. Aplikasi Augmented Reality ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam perangkat Android. Hasil dari pembahasan ini meliputi definisi dan karakteristik Augmented Reality, penerapannya dalam pembelajaran matematika, dan perancangan antarmuka aplikasi Augmented Reality. Diharapkan penggunaan Augmented Reality dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat belajar peserta didik dalam geometri serta membantu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Human resource management is a form of effort to improve quality in the development of an educational institution. Improving the quality of human resources requires a mechanism that is able to regulate and optimize the various components of human resources in schools, including educators and education staff. The purpose of this study is to find out the natural background of SMK, the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education based on planning, organizing, directing, controlling, procuring, developing, compensating, integrating, maintaining, discipline, dismissal, quality of education, obstacles faced and effort. Research using descriptive qualitative method. Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource development at PT. Rahardja Ekalancar from various aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach to describe the results of the data. From this study it was found that to develop human resources, PT. Rahardja Ekalancar conducted several methods including training to improve several aspects including productivity, efficiency, damage, accidents, service, morale, career, contextual, leadership, remuneration, and consumers. will discuss several main topics in human resource management, including recruitment and selection of employees so that teaching and learning activities are of high quality, training and development of employees in teaching and learning activities, performance management in school activities, and the school environment, which of course in teaching and learning activities so as not to If you are bored, of course you need a reflection from extra activities at school such as ice breaking, motivators at school, games at school or extra-curricular programs at school as sensory and motor cell development. In the employee recruitment and selection section for teaching and learning activities, ways to attract highquality employees and select the right employees for available positions will be discussed. Employee training and development will discuss strategies to develop employee skills and knowledge so that they can make a greater contribution to the organization. Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam upaya peningkatan sumber daya manusia ke arah yang lebih baik. Pendidikan sangat membantu dan diharapkan mampu membentuk peserta didik yang dapat mengembangkan sikap, keterampilan dan kecerdasan intelektual agar menjadi manusia yang terampil, cerdas dan memiliki ahlak yang baik. Profesionalitas seorang pendidik dapat dilihat dari penguasaannya dalam bidang ilmu yang diajarkannya. Kemampuan teknis keguruan dan komitmen moral yang tinggi terhadap tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam usaha pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu profesionalitas di SMP Negeri 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktivitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran saecara individu maupun kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa pengembangan SDM dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru dengan mengadakan pelatihan, diklat, seminar, KKG, studi kelompok antar guru MGMP, melakukan supervisi dan kunjungan kelas dan mengadakan penilaian. Selain itu juga memberikan motivasi bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan guru, memberikan kesempatan kerja kepada guru-guru untuk meningkatkan semangat disiplin dan keterampilan guru.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutrition in the long term, resulting in impaired growth in children. Stunting is also one of the causes of stunted children's height, so that it is lower than children of their age. Indonesia is a country with a high stunting rate, according to WHO data, Indonesia's prevalence of stunting ranks third in the Southeast Asian region. The phenomenon of stunting has a considerable influence on the quality of human resources in Indonesia in the future.This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method which can be useful for developing a deeper study of Management science that focuses on the realm of human resources (HR). With a demographic bonus, stunting is still one of the problems that must be resolved in order to build a golden generation in 2045. Conditions like this, and the high rate of stunting in Indonesia will present challenges for Human Resources Development (HRD) in recruiting new job candidates. To develop the ability of these prospective workers to be able to compete with others, one way is to conduct training for prospective workers who have these deficiencies to train their skills and knowledge.
