The aim of this research is to analyze the da'wah methods applied by preachers in the religious formation of drug users at the Daarusy Syifaa Rehabilitation Lodge, North Sumatra. The high rate of drug abuse and the importance of a spiritual approach in rehabilitation are research issues. This research conducted descriptive qualitative research using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The research results show that the da'wah approach used combines spiritual and traditional approaches through religious practices such as prayer, dhikr, fasting, and qiyamul lail, as well as the use of herbal therapy. This method not only concentrates on participants' physical recovery, but also pays attention to their mental and spiritual health. Apart from that, the coach uses a persuasive approach based on brotherhood to make participants open and comfortable. A religious place and adequate facilities are supporting factors in the rehabilitation process, while the main inhibiting factor is the lack of support from the participant's family. Changes in behavior, increased discipline, and increased spiritual awareness of participants are indicators of successful rehabilitation. This research found that the da'wah approach is very helpful in the rehabilitation of drug users, especially in building sustainable behavior changes.
