SRIDANA, located in Marga Dajan Puri Village, is one of the businesses producing loloh drink. However, SRIDANA’s loloh products currently lack informative packaging labels, and the production process relies on plastic equipment. To realize the potential of loloh as a traditional herbal product, the community needs better packaging and production processes to provide clear consumer information and ensure hygienic processing. These circumstances prompted a community service initiative to develop packaging labels that are informative, attractive, and cold-resistant, while also improving hygiene and sanitation in the production process. The approach involved a situational analysis of the issues and guided assistance to the partner, comprising three stages: identifying the partner's challenges; developing packaging labels and conducting hygiene and sanitation training; and providing stainless steel equipment. The initiative successfully produced packaging labels using water- and cold-resistant vinyl material, ensuring they remain securely attached to the packaging. Furthermore, adopting stainless steel equipment supported a more hygienic production process. These improvements in packaging and production equipment are expected to increase the product's market value and strengthen the brand identity of SRIDANA’s loloh.
