This study was motivated by the low levels of cooperation and responsibility among students in the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) class in Grade VII-3 at MTs Nurul Amaliyah, which were caused by teaching methods that remain conventional and teacher-centered. This study aims to: (1) describe the application of the Scramble method in the SKI course in Class VII-3 at MTs Nurul Amaliyah; (2) analyze the results of the internalization of the traits of cooperation and responsibility through the Scramble method in the SKI course in Class VII-3 at MTs Nurul Amaliyah. This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods and is classified as field research. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were the SKI teacher, the madrasah principal, and the 28 students in Class VII-3 at MTs Nurul Amaliyah. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Scramble method occurred in three stages: preparation, execution, and conclusion. The process of internalizing the character trait of cooperation was evident in the division of tasks, mutual assistance, and cohesion during presentations. The process of internalizing responsibility was evident in completing tasks on time, taking care of equipment, and being prepared for presentations. This study proved to be effective in internalizing the character traits of cooperation and responsibility through the Scramble method at Class VII-3 at MTs Nurul Amaliyah.
