ABSTRACT The ULM integrated laboratory is a building that aims to assist activities for research by lecturers and students. The ULM integrated laboratory requires a piping system to ensure the availability of clean water as well as for good waste water distribution. The availability of clean water is used for laboratory support activities for the entire academic community. The designed system consists of a ground reservoir, pump, roof tank, clean water pipe, waste water pipe, vent and fire hydrant pipe. Clean water pipe 65 mm main pipe 65 mm largest branch pipe, waste water pipe 100 mm main pipe 75 mm largest branch pipe, main vent pipe 75 mm branch pipe 75 mm. The determination of the dimensions of clean water pipes in the planning of this 2-storey building using the pipe pressure equivalent method is carried out by comparing the available equivalent tables, without taking into account the factors of friction and power loss due to bends, use of connecting devices and so on. The pipe design that will be carried out is a pipe system for clean water, waste water and vents. The BOQ that will be described includes the BOQ for the number of sanitary equipment, for the needs of clean water pipes, waste water pipes, vent pipes as well as pipe accessories, fire hydrants, pumps and water tanks. Based on the results of the BOQ description, an RAB analysis will be carried out for these tools and will also be calculated for worker wages.
