This study aims to describe the types and functions of satirical language found in videos uploaded on the SkinnyIndonesia24 YouTube channel. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. The data consisted of utterances containing satirical language in three videos, namely DPR VS Mawar, Prabowo VS Jokowi, and Anies VS Prabowo VS Ganjar. Data were collected through observation, documentation, reading, and note-taking techniques, while data analysis applied the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings revealed 37 instances of satirical language, consisting of 4 irony, 10 cynicism, 10 satire, and 13 sarcasm. Sarcasm was identified as the most dominant type. These findings indicate that satirical language functions as an effective medium for conveying social and political criticism in a creative, communicative, and accessible manner through digital media.
